Step 6: The hot melt adhesive film, metal current carrier strip and the electric heating film prepared in step 5 are compounded by a hot pressing laminating machine, in which the metal current carrier strip is located between the hot melt adhesive film and the printed electromagnetic shielding layer to make an electric heating film with a leakage current absorption layer;
Step 7: The electric heating film prepared in step six is connected to the power line using cold-pressed terminals or welding processes according to the requirements, in which the metal current carrier strip of the printed electromagnetic shielding layer is connected to the zero line of the power supply, and the current carrier bar of the heating carbon paste is connected to the zero line and the live wire of the power supply respectively;
Step 8: Put the electric heating film connected to the power supply and the insulation device into the pre-made sealed bag on both sides, in which a special outlet crimping mold is made at the power outlet to ensure that the power outlet can be closed with the sealed bag without destroying the power connection line, and the two ends of the bag are sealed with a high-frequency sealing machine, and the air in the bag is evacuated by a vacuum extractor.
